Refund request for EA SPORTS FC 27 – can't reach an advisor

Hi, I bought EA SPORTS FC 27 on EA app on [9/27/2026]. I'd like to return it under the EA refund policy.

  • Edition purchased: [Standard ]
  • Have I launched the game: Yes, on (9/27/2026)]
  • Order history (Payments & Wallet) shows the order as "Completed" but has no Request a refund option, so I can't use the Refund Tool.
  • I submitted a ticket on [9/27/2026] and haven't had a reply. [OR: My Cases shows no case, so it may not have gone through.]
  • The Help site's AI chat only loops back to the same articles, and I haven't been able to reach an advisor.

Could someone point me to the right contact route, or check whether this order can be refunded? I can send my order number privately if needed.

    If you're interested in a refund, that's something the live support team would need to look into with you. I'm afraid we don't have access to your account or billing details here on the forums to get this processed for you.

    Can you try using this web form to connect with live support? An advisor should be able to review your information and check your refund eligibility from there. Thanks!

    Hi, EA_mplsnow​  thanks for getting back to me. I've tried that web form several times and still can't reach anyone. After selecting "Refund request," the page only shows the Refund Tool and two help articles, with no option to chat with, call, or email an advisor. The Refund Tool doesn't offer a refund on my order either. In my order history the purchase just says "Completed," with no Request a refund option.

    I bought EA SPORTS FC 27 on [9/27/2026] and [ launched it on 9/27/2026], so I believe it's within the refund window. Could you please escalate this or tell me another way to reach a live advisor? I can send my order number privately if that helps.

    isodoruk1518​ Appreciate the follow-up! Sadly, we can't escalate or create cases here on the forums.

    Can you try selecting a different topic as your issue, such as 'Login Issues,' and see if the live chat option appears then?
