Request For Refund.

Hi, I would like to request a manual refund for Order #1005420917859. The automated refund tool doesn't list the game because I previously played the 10-hour EA Play trial, which incorrectly triggered the 24-hour return timer. I purchased the full game on the EA App within the eligible return period, but the ongoing network problems make it unplayable for me. Could you please process the refund manually?
