Request manual unlink PSN ID from inaccessible old EA account

Hi EA team,
I need to unlink my PSN ID:RockstarJK
from old EA account [edit: email address removed].
I cannot log into this old EA account, the 163 email cannot receive verification code, so account recovery is impossible.
I want to link this PSN to my new EA account: [edit: email address removed].
I understand all old UT data will be lost and there is a 6-month cooldown rule.
I have FC27 purchase proof ready for verification.
Please help create a support case for me. Thank you.

    If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details. We're unable to make any changes to accounts via the forums.

    The steps on this page would typically help you update that information, but since you no longer have access to the email itself it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option or use this form to create a new case. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.
