SBC Issue – Incorrect Rewards

I'm creating this thread to discuss the SBC issue that caused players to receive rewards with lower ratings than those advertised.

In my case, I completed 7 SBC packs, but I only opened 2 before noticing that the rewards were incorrect. I immediately contacted EA Support and was advised not to open the remaining 5 packs while the issue was being investigated.

A new game patch has also been released, but I still haven't received any clear information about compensation.

Has anyone received any official information about compensation?

Has EA confirmed whether affected players will receive the rewards they were originally entitled to?What will happen to the packs that players kept unopened following EA Support's instructions?

I'd appreciate hearing from other players who experienced the same problem. Please share any updates or responses you've received from EA Support.

    What SBC was it that you completed AndreAtum11​?

    What rewards should you have got and what did you get?

    well EA_Darko​, I did this pack where it was saying a reward of an 2x players 85+, from la lira/liga F, there was also one from premier league, on the exchange of 9000 gems, of players. 

    with when I opened it I had a reward under the 85+, I notice the error and then ea changed the name of the packs for maxim 85 player pack x 2 .
