Season pass packs disappear and not appearing in store
Just claimed my lvl28 normal and premium pass packs. Went to store to open them. Packs nowhere to be found. Care to explain? [Multiple tags removed by CM. EA_Claus]

If you can't find the content of a pack you claimed added to your club or discarded by mistake, please follow this guide and reach out to the Customer Support team by clicking the Contact us button at the very bottom of the page, to have an advisor take a closer look at your account.
I also removed the tags you added to your message; mass tagging the staff is not allowed.
