Star shards problem

Hello EA Support, I’m having an issue in FC Mobile with Star Signings. Multiple players are showing as “In Lineup,” which prevents me from using them for Star Shards, even though I have checked all my saved lineups and removed them from Gauntlet. I still cannot find these players in any of my squads, but the game continues to lock them. This is stopping me from exchanging players for Star Shards. I have already checked my lineups thoroughly, and the issue is still happening. Could you please investigate this bug and help me unlock these players? Thank you. (I also added two pictures below, btw i’m not selling Garrincha or Mbappè)
