Tournament ban

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding a ban that was placed on my account from participating in EA FC tournaments organized in collaboration with PlayStation.

I was informed that this ban would last for one year. However, it has now been approximately two years, and I am still unable to participate in these tournaments.

What concerns me is that this ban does not appear anywhere in my account’s sanction or enforcement history. I also never received an email regarding the ban. The only notification I received was directly on my PlayStation console.

I would therefore like to understand why this restriction is still active after two years, despite the stated duration of one year. I would appreciate it if you could review my account and clarify the situation, and, if appropriate, remove the restriction.
