Upgrade from standard to ultimate

Unlike other games which better not to mention, 

i just found out if i want to upgrade my pre-order standard edition into ultimate or ultimate plus version, i should refund then purchase other editions

EA pls do something about it with PSN and solve it somehow and don’t put us in painful process of refunding and PSN support

    The frustration of jumping through hoops to get the edition you want with a pre-order is real. We have no way to directly change or swap pre-ordered editions in the system, so the only way to upgrade is to go through the refund-and-repurchase route.

    Here is how you can make the switch:

    • Go to the PlayStation Support "Request a Refund" page.
    • Submit a request to cancel your Standard Edition pre-order.
    • Make sure to do this before the game pre-loads, so PlayStation can process the refund.
    • Once the refund is approved, you can grab the Ultimate Edition from the store.

    I'll pass your feedback along to the team on how much smoother this process needs to be.
