Re: Urgent Appeal to Lift 28-Day FC27 Suspension

Dear EA Support Team,

I am appealing my 28-day suspension from EA SPORTS FC 27 and request that it be lifted as soon as possible. I have never used cheats or arranged or traded wins.

This account is new, but I am a long-time FIFA/EA FC player. My high Champions win rate reflects my experience and skill.

Attached is my FC Points purchase history. I have invested heavily in this account. My starting XI includes a first-owner Mbappe and is worth approximately 7-8 million coins. I have no reason to risk this investment by cheating or boosting matches.

I cannot afford to wait 28 days. I have upcoming matches to play, and the suspension prevents me from participating in four weeks of events and opening packs. This would cause a substantial loss of rewards, progress, and value.

It's already the fifth day, and I still haven't received a single response. Your Terms of Service team is incredibly inefficient. Compared with the customer support teams at other game companies, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I am absolutely furious.
