What exactly are the PS5 Pro enhancements in EA SPORTS FC27

What exactly are the PS5 Pro enhancements in EA SPORTS FC 27?

EA SPORTS FC 27 is officially listed as PS5 Pro Enhanced, but I haven't found detailed information from the developers about what has actually been improved specifically for PS5 Pro.

Could someone from EA/EA Vancouver clarify:

  • What resolution does FC 27 render at on PS5 Pro?
  • Is the game locked to 60 FPS?
  • Is PSSR used, and if so, is it the new/upgraded version of PSSR?
  • Has ray-traced ambient occlusion (RTAO) been improved compared with FC 26?
  • Are there improvements to grass, stadiums, player models, hair, kits, shadows and lighting?
  • Are cutscenes and replays rendered at a higher frame rate on PS5 Pro?
  • Does PS5 Pro have a dedicated graphics mode, or is it a single enhanced mode combining the quality and performance settings?
  • Are there any improvements to texture quality, draw distance or LOD compared with the standard PS5?
  • Most importantly, what exactly does the PS5 Pro version do differently from the standard PS5 version?

The PlayStation Store confirms that FC 27 is PS5 Pro Enhanced, but there doesn't seem to be a detailed technical breakdown yet. It would be great to get an official explanation from the developers rather than relying on speculation.

    No difference at all on PS5 Pro apart from cutscenes and goal replays. Dissapointed with the crowd chants and noise, seemed very dull and not loud at all with zero atmosphere unless this was just in the beta and toned down

    I wish they would publish this too but I doubt they will. I think they do bare minimum. FC 26 was meant to be pro enhanced and didn’t have any graphics mode toggles and I still noticed the stuttering, cut scene motion blur issues  and general shimmering issues (eg grass). I don’t think it was optimised at all. I don’t have high hopes that FC27 will look any different. Any beta PS5 Pro players notice any difference?
