[Bug] Online Seasons: Bench changes are not saved

Affected Game Mode: Online Seasons

Platform: Xbox Series X

Description of the Bug:

Whenever I open Team Management in Online Seasons and swap players on the bench (e.g. putting Roméo Lavia on the bench for Estêvão or Geovany Quenda for Danny Welbeck), the changes are not saved. As soon as I exit Team Management and return to the main Online Seasons menu, the system automatically resets the bench back to its original default setup.

Because of this, I am always forced to start with the default bench. I am never able to play an Online Seasons match with my customized bench setup.

Steps to Reproduce:

- Navigate to Online Seasons.

- Open Team Management.

- Swap players on the bench (e.g. replace Estêvão with Roméo Lavia or Danny Welbeck with Geovany Quenda).

- Go back to the main Online Seasons menu.

- Open Team Management again -> The bench changes have been discarded, and the default bench is restored.

Suggested Solution:

Changes made to the bench in Team Management should remain permanently saved after exiting the menu.

    When in seasons mode I cannot set up my bench with my reserves because after I switch the players and leave the team setup they revert back to how the players were before I switched them.

    In Online Seasons 2027 version, when moving a player reverve to substitutions and click save and come back, the changes are not saved.

    I play with Real Madrid team. 

    Can you fix this, as it's super annoying and cannot play accurately now that I have the new version purchased.

    On FC 27 Online Seasons, you are completely unable to select the players you want on the bench from the reserves. The bench resets itself once you save the squad. This was also an issue in the beta.

    Update: Related Tactics Reset Bug

    ​Another player reported in the German forum that custom tactics/formations in Online Seasons are also not saving and revert to default:

    Quick question: Does this only happen with your bench in Online Seasons, or do your tactics and formations reset back to default after a while too?

    I used a code for tactics and it's ok . No changes. Only bench players
