" you already have an evolution version of this player fc27 " ERROR

I cannot start an evolution on the player " Irune Dorado ".

It keeps giving the error " you already have an evolution version of this player fc27 ".

I have tried quick selling, purchasing a new card and putting into an sbc and trying for evo again but it still gives the same message, you already have an evolution version for this player. 

its been 2 weeks and its really frustrating, I don't know how to create a ticket either to escalate the issue.


What I remember doing is, I put her into a evo, sold her when she went up quite a bit in coins, so used the in game settings to make her tradeable again and sold her, and ever since even after repurchasing cant evo the card anymore. Please fix this if some EA rep is reading.
