45k pack??
I bought a 45k pack in the companion app.
Didn't get the pack and 45k coins gone. This happend with an error text in red colour.
this was 48 hours ago. The desk says FC is working on it?? Well??
Is there information about that, the helpdesk says it's worldwide problem?
Can i get information please..

I don't see any other similar reports at this time; I will keep my eyes open, though.
If you can't identify the content of the pack in your club or discarded by mistake in the quicksell recovery tool, reach out to Customer Support to have a closer look at the account and your pack opening records.
