All progress from web app completely gone including my whole squad

I just logged into ea fc 27 and its just made me restart everything. No coins from my time on the web app no players just a full reset. What do I do and will you give it back to me. Expecting some so...

I made my team on the web app and got very good players. But when I log in on my platform on the same ea account it started a new ultimate team and I can’t find my old team that I had grinded for. Can I get my old ultimate team back on my account?

Hey Coppers_Flopper​,

It sounds like it might be a case where you were signed in on a different platform on the webapp. What platform do you play on, and if you go to the settings on the webapp what platform does it show there?
