All progress from web app completely gone including my whole squad

I just logged into ea fc 27 and its just made me restart everything. No coins from my time on the web app no players just a full reset. What do I do and will you give it back to me. Expecting some so...

I made my team on the web app and got very good players. But when I log in on my platform on the same ea account it started a new ultimate team and I can’t find my old team that I had grinded for. Can I get my old ultimate team back on my account?

    Gotcha, that's good to know. Do you have multiple EA accounts, and is it possible that you logged in with a different account on the webapp than you use for your PS5?
