BUG REPORT CONNECTION EA FC 27

Hi there. Let's see if a thorough power cycle of your equipment will help. Please try these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again

this is failing to work for me, i struggle with connectivity so i was used to just making my account home, then play the game forever offline. But it is not getting past the connecting to ea servers. it's not allowing me to cancel and play offline. It just says cancel

Thanks for a trying. As a test, can you try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot? Let me know if that connects or not. Again, this is just a test and not meant to be a permanent solution if it works.
