Can’t connect to servers despite having wifi

Hi there,

Let's see if a thorough power cycle of your equipment will help. Please try these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again

Doesn't work. This happened last year as well a large thread on it. Multiple people in the southwest reporting the issue. EA_Aljo​ 

Does it work if you switch to a wire?

Doesn't work with wifi or wired. Can connect to madden ultimate team, nhl ultimate team. Not Fc. Its the exact same.issue from this thread.

I can’t connect at all but I can play any other game

I wasn't aware that those of you in Arizona were not able to connect. You can keep an eye on the thread you mentioned for updates.

Are you located in Arizona by chance?

I’m in Texas and am also have him issues connecting with the server (only on fc27)
