Can’t see players during match

Hello,

Ive encountered a glitch where I load into a game and can’t see anything, it’s just a black screen. I can only see the scoreboard, each players indicators and the minimap. This happened to me twice back to back. I’m not sure if my opponent had the same issue. At half time the game is no longer playable, the screen is just black with the eafc logo on the top right. Both times someone tried pausing the game but my opponents left both times. I’ve seen other people have had the half time glitch and say the game continues if no one leaves after a long time but I’m not sure if that’s the same issue I had. I was only able to play by staring at the minimap. I’ve got a video of the glitch but it’s not letting me attach it for some reason so I’ve attached an image. I’m on ps5 and I was playing rivals.
