Can't access the grounds, saying failed to create avatar

Everytime I try to access the grounds from main menu I get a 'failed to load avatar, returning to main menu' message , I backed out of game mid customisation and now met with that message. I have del...

Does it still give the error once you close the game down completely, and then log back in?

No troubleshooting fixes this I've tried everything possible that the agents told me to do including a complete reinstall of the game the avatars in the process of being created need to be wiped from our accounts but apparently nobody has the capability to do that is what I was told by the EA agents 😂
