Can't access the grounds, saying failed to create avatar

Hey, folks

Thank you to all who posted on this issue and gave us info on what is happening on your end.

We have passed this over to the studio team so that they can take a look.

Once we get more info, we will let you all know. In the meantime, if anyone has found any workarounds that have helped, or even might help others, please just reply to this message, and we can update this for everyone else to see!
