can't play online modes

Question

I'm experiencing an issue with online matchmaking in EA SPORTS FC 27.

I cannot play any online multiplayer modes. Whenever I try to start a match, the game gets stuck on the matchmaking screen for a while and eventually displays a "No opponents found" message.

The same issue occurs in Rush mode, where the game is unable to find any teammates.

However, offline and AI-based modes, such as Squad Battles, work perfectly fine.

The issue seems to be specifically related to online matchmaking rather than my ability to connect to the game's servers.

Could you please investigate whether there is an issue with my account, matchmaking settings, or server connectivity?

Just to check, is this exclusive to rush or are you also having issues with Rivals?
We have some connection troubleshooting steps that might help you connect to your opponents. Hopefully they'll help to solve your issue.

As I mentioned before, when I try to find a match on Rivals, Champions, or any online mode, it displays a "No opponents found" message. I already checked these troubleshooting steps, and I don't have any connection issues. I was playing normally yesterday.
