The connection to Fc27 in Ultimate Team is awful.
continual waiting for menus to load. This could be playing matches, waiting for team mates in rush, store loading, updating gallery.
as well as this multiple game disconnections and software failing to launch. Obviously all count as losses. Which is also frustrating.
this was happening frequently in fc26 and is now infuriatingly regular in fc27.
This is no longer acceptable.
Community ManagerHi there. We should check the quality of your connection. I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score. Also, please make sure you try all the steps in this article for connection troubleshooting. Thanks!
Wish you the best in trying to get a response on this one as there are several examples of this being raised over the forums. It looks to be particularly bad on PS5 and as you say, has been this way since FC26. After initially pretending to be interested in learning more about the issue, the EA moderators and staff fail to respond back to updates and hope we will all simply accept it and carry on which to be fair, we look to have done buy purchasing FC27 however, this will certainly be my last purchase from them unless this is promptly resolved.
Can't believe EA are still trotting out this "refer to connection troubleshooting" nonsense. There are far too many players with the exact same problem/complaint from FC26 and now FC27 to be resolved by your generic fixes. The problem needs properly resolved once and for all.
I will do that bit not today - the time I had with your game tonight was awful. Just disconnections and waiting - even on SBCs.
I am not some new to the game rookie. I have been playing since the very first iteration of FIFA on the mega drive.
whatever a connection quality report will tell me ( or you for that matter) is it merely coincidence that the connectivity problems are happening ONLY on FC 27?
not occurring on any steam/pc based play, on any other PS5 game; on mobile, smart TV, laptop or tablet. Yet happens most every day multiple times on FC27. (And previously on FC26).
stop trotting out the ‘it’s you’ line. 18 months and 1000s of people experiencing the same issues says that that might not be barking up the wrong tree.
This line is weak. Look at the number of people who are having the same complaint
Also, I would be interested in what grammatical function the exclamation you have chosen to use after thanks. Are you showing surprise, excitement or shouting?
Community ManagerJust let me know when you get the CQR.
Are you closely monitoring your connection for every game on every device you play on? Every game is different. Not all of them require as strong a connection as our sports games do.
Connection score is below.
I don’t need to monitor to know when other games are playing smoothly and when they are not.
also 2K sports games don’t appear to have the same issue.
also are you suggesting that a correctly designed and supported product would need connection closely monitoring. I don’t remember that in the glossy ads for the game.
Community ManagerI'm not seeing that screenshot. Can you try attaching it again?
Here you are
