Issues with server
More than half of my ultimate team games in EAFC27 have kicked me out and given me losses when I was winning the game. This is very disappointing since I’ve paid so much for the ultimate plus edition. Also is very difficult to get in contact with someone from EA. You need to do better. I’m trying to qualify to the pro open and this issue is really affecting me. Hi everyone, I’m experiencing the exact same crashing/freezing issue in FC 27 that I had throughout FC 26, and at this point it’s becoming extremely frustrating. I’m playing on an Xbox Series S. During a match, the game will suddenly freeze completely for around 3 seconds, then crash and quit straight back to the Xbox home screen. This usually happens around the second or third match, and when I restart the game, the match is counted as a loss because of the disconnection. What makes this even more frustrating is that I already reported this exact issue during FC 26. I contacted EA Support multiple times and went through the suggested troubleshooting, but the problem was never actually resolved. Now I’ve moved to FC 27 and the same problem is happening again. How is this still happening across two games? I’m not talking about an occasional crash — this has been a recurring issue that can completely ruin a match and give me a loss for something that is clearly caused by the game crashing. EA, I really need an actual explanation and solution this time. Please don’t just send the usual generic troubleshooting steps. I’ve already gone through those with support before. Is anyone else on Xbox Series S experiencing the same freezing → crash → Xbox home screen issue in FC 27? If EA staff are reading this, please acknowledge the issue and explain whether it is being investigated. I’m having a major issue with EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team on PS5. The game has been repeatedly freezing/crashing when trying to enter Ultimate Team and also while navigating menus. Majority of the time it freezes/crashes on the loading screen when entering Ultimate Team, and if I do get in, it freezes/crashes again at random times while do simple tasks such as navigating through the menus or looking at the transfer market. The only way I can resolve this is by completely closing down the game, only for it to happen again. I’ve also had a Transfer Market issue where I bid on a player, the auction ends and says my bid is the highest, but when I check Transfer Targets it says I lost the auction. Platform: PS5 Mode: Ultimate Team Troubleshooting already tried: Deleted local files from Customise > Profile > Delete Power cycled PS5 Reinstalled the game Checked restore licenses Confirmed my PlayStation account is linked to my EA Account Checked server status, which shows online Cleared cache through Safe Mode The issue is still happening. I have tried every common fix, new drivers, dns flush, new pc profile, literally everything and I am so lost. Is this a server sided thing? Im from NA East which were having MAJOR issues last year during the last couple of months especially with clubs servers. Please fix this as I want to play without having to worry about the game not counting because it freezes and crashes.
Stuttering
This is going to sound weird, but whenever myself, or my opponent pushes the button to “rush GK” the game stutters. This can be replicated in every single match. Anytime my opponent rushes, it stutters. This makes the game unplayable online as the stutters happen for only me it seems. And if I rush my GK, same thing. I have tried playing on the lowest graphic settings and playing on ultra but this stuttering happens either way. This happens in online AND offline matches vs CPU. I tried reinstalling anti cheat, removing and re adding it. Also repaired game files, and fresh installed after uninstalling. No other game stutters, everything runs smooth like butter. I have a 4070, things a confusing bug, the stuttering makes zero sense. None of my other three friends who have played the game experience this issue at all. Options? The onboarding fails and leave me unable to access grounds. Each time i puts me back to the UNSKIPPABLE! hunter/mbappe sequences. play the 2v2 with mbappe, get abused for wearing a hoodie, select go to grounds. The screen goes black and doesnt come back. I've tried turning all video modes down to 1080, turning off 120hz, PSSR, HDR etc. same thing happens. I recorded the gameplay where you can hear that the game is still running, but i dont know how to get past this particular element so I can get maybe to the map... The only way I can resolve this is by completely closing down the game, only for it to happen again. I am also currently on a wired connection in the United States, and have spoke to my internet provider and replaced the ethernet cord. All other games and devices on my network work as they should. I have tried the following: - Power cycling my PS5 - Clearing the cache of my PS5 - Deleting and reinstalling the game - Starting on a mobile hotspot, wifi connection and wired connection with the same result Any help/support would be appreciated to fix the issue.
