constantly Losing my connection to the ea servers
Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing constant connection issues with EA SPORTS FC 27 on PC, and I’m hoping someone can help me find a solution.
My connection to the EA servers keeps dropping repeatedly. After reconnecting, I often get the error message: “The EA servers are currently unavailable.”
Here are the details:
- Platform: PC (Windows 11 25H2)
- Launcher: EA app (not Steam)
- Internet connection: A1 ZTE MC888A 5G router
- Connection: Ethernet cable
- Other online modes work normally.
- My internet connection appears stable. I tested it by pinging 1.1.1.1 continuously while playing, and there was no packet loss or unusual latency when the disconnect occurred.
- The EA app still recognizes that FC 27 is running.
- The problem started recently and keeps happening repeatedly, sometimes within seconds of reconnecting.
Things I’ve already tried:
- Restarting my PC and router
- Clearing the EA app cache
- Checking my internet connection and packet loss
Unfortunately, the issue still persists.
Has anyone experienced the same problem or found a working solution? Could this be related to FC 27, the EA app, or the connection between certain ISPs and EA servers?
