Created Player's Arms and Legs Turn Completely Gray

Subject: FC 27 – Created Player's Arms and Legs Turn Completely Gray

Hello EA Support Team,

I am playing EA SPORTS FC 27 on PlayStation 5.

I created a player using the Create Player menu. Initially, everything worked perfectly. However, after some time, both arms and legs suddenly turned completely gray.

All tattoos have disappeared. The problem occurs both in the player editing screen and during matches.

I created a new player to test the issue, and the new player's appearance and tattoos work perfectly.

I have already restarted the game, restarted my PS5, and changed the player's clothing, but nothing has fixed the issue.

I do not want to delete my original player because I have spent a lot of time customizing him.

Please investigate this bug and provide a solution that allows me to restore my original player's appearance.

    EA PLEASE MY PLAYER TURNED GRAY! I’ve had to re-make the player 3 times now. Each suqad update  changes the color of the arms and legs. Please fix this i don’t know why this is such an issue
