Disappointed Returning Player – Missing Welcome Back Rewards

I don't have access to the Transfer Market, and I also didn't receive any Welcome Back packs on web app, even though I played FC 26 on the same platform and account throughout the entire year.

I'm also concerned that I may not receive the FC 27 reward packs from the objectives I completed in FC 26. Could you please check whether my account is properly recognized as a returning player?
