Hey Nick888888800000,
The EA Staff on EA Forums can't take a closer look at your account; however, we can recommend some troubleshooting steps to help isolate the cause of the problem.
Please confirm that your correct EA Account is linked with Steam by following this guide.
Delete the corrupt file following this guide, and after restarting the game, also delete any Personal settings file instead of loading them up when you're asked to do so; this will set up brand new files that might be involved.
Did you buy the game from Steam or from the EA app? If you bought it from the EA app, try reinstalling it from the EA app and launching it from there to check if that helps. It might also help to change the installation folder if you're using a different one than C:.
Try using a different connection; and the troubleshooting steps in this guide, like changing the DNS and the Wi-Fi channel, or using an Ethernet cable, and close any background applications that might be causing interference, including VPNs, overlays, and other anti-cheat programs. It might also help to unplug any USB devices you don't need to play.
Try configuring a new administrator account on your PC.
Let me know how it goes.
