FC 27 PC The Grounds avatar and progression missing, request server-side restore

Hello EA Support,

My Avatar and progression in The Grounds (EA SPORTS FC 27) disappeared, and I would like to request a server-side restoration.

ACCOUNT DETAILS

WHAT HAPPENED

- I had already been playing The Grounds in FC 27 with an existing Avatar, at around level [LEVEL, approx. 37], with accumulated progression.

- On 15/10 at around TIME, UTC-3, I uninstalled EA SPORTS FC 26 through Steam to free up disk space.

- Right after that, I launched FC 27 and entered The Grounds. My Avatar was gone. The game sent me to the Avatar creation flow, as if I had never played, and showed the introductory cutscenes again (Mbappe / Alex Hunter). My level now shows as 4.

- I did not receive any error message. The game simply treated my account as new.

- My Ultimate Team club is intact and is the same one I had before, so I am logged into the correct EA Account.

WHAT I HAVE DONe / NOT DONE

- I have NOT deleted any game files, profile files or save data.

- I have NOT reinstalled FC 27.

- [I have / have not] created a new Avatar. [If yes, add: it is currently level 4 and I have not made purchases with it.]

- I did not change my Steam-EA account linking.

WHAT I AM ASKING

Please check whether my original Avatar and Archetype progression still exist on your servers under my EA ID and restore it to my account. If my original data cannot be restored, please tell me what happened and whether anything can be done.
