Hello. I play EA SPORTS FC 27 on PC (Steam) and today (25/10) I was disconnected from the EA servers several times with the error “Unable to connect to the EA servers”. I lost 2 FUT Champions matches because of these disconnects. My internet connection works normally in other applications. Please check my account and, if possible, revert the losses caused by the disconnects.
Some small group of people on this forum have same problem and EA do not care the problem. Everytime, they say "get connection report, and probably your connection is unstable". In high probability, they will same thing to you, too.
In my, this problem began on 21th October, I could not play any match. When entering the UT, server disconnects in 5 mins. I am playing on PC via EA Play Pro.
Welcome to the club. At least you were able to play WL, I ve got this issue since the 21st. Also there is no chance in a million years that they will give you anything in compensation or revert a match result.
