FC 27 PC – unable to enter online matches

Steam + EA App, Windows 11. Squad Battles works normally, but Rivals, Rush and Online Seasons consistently disconnect at the start of the match. Sometimes the game shows Arsenal vs Arsenal and never loads the opponent; other times it correctly shows the opponent's club and lineup but disconnects immediately before kickoff. There are no FC connection-monitor warnings. The issue happens on both my BT Wi-Fi and a separate phone hotspot. My ping to the router and internet is stable. I have already verified Steam files, cleared EA App cache, reinstalled EA Javelin AntiCheat, enabled UPnP, forwarded EA ports, restarted the router, and temporarily disabled Windows Firewall with no change. No assistance has been given from the live chat, can't connect to an EA Advisor, need help desperately

    Yeah it’s a joke man haven’t got any help and there’s no way to get help cause it’s just ai support now which does nothing but let me know if you get a fix bro
