Fc pro competitive mode/ invite code missing

Subject: FC Pro Competitive Mode / Invite Code Missing

Hello EA Support,

I am having an issue with FC Pro 27 on PS5.

I reached Division 5 in Rivals before October 3rd and I also participated in the FC Pro Open Ladder.

However, I do not have access to the FC Pro Competitive Mode / Private Lobby, so I cannot generate or use an Invite Code.

The FC Pro Open Ladder appears in my Ultimate Team and my participation condition is completed, but the Competitive Mode is completely missing.

I have already restarted the game and checked the FC Pro section, but the issue remains.

Could you please check my EA account and activate/restore access to FC Pro Competitive Mode and the Invite Code feature?

I can provide screenshots showing my FC Pro Open Ladder and Division 5 eligibility if needed.
