Fc26 and Fc27 keep crashing whole PC

I'm having ongoing crashing issues with both FC 26 and FC 27 on my PC, sometimes causing my entire system to freeze and requiring a restart, it even restarts by itself most of the time. I have an AMD Radeon RX 6700 graphics card, and AMD Adrenalin says my graphics drivers are up to date. I've tried lowering graphics settings, but the crashes still happen, and I've also experienced a LiveKernelEvent Code 124 error. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and are there any known fixes or possible causes? Also it usually happens when I'm IN a match rather than in the menus. Also I'm wondering if this has to do with my Vram or maybe it's just overheating and crashes the whole PC but it only happens to FC games no other.
