Thanks for the file. Some troubleshooting steps:

1. Disable CPU/GPU/RAM overclocking and undervolting.
2. Clean-install your GPU driver.
3. Update motherboard BIOS + chipset drivers.
4. Temporarily remove third-party kernel-level utilities.
Examples include hardware monitoring/RGB/fan-control/overclocking tools and similar software.
5. Open an elevated Command Prompt and run:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

then:

sfc /scannow

Let us know how you get on with these steps. Thank you. EA_Barry.

Can you generate a new Dxdiag for the updated error reporting in there. We may be able to suggest further troubleshooting. Thanks. EA_Barry.

here u go EA_Barry

i don't get this... we pay for a game, just to search solutions how to run it properly, even if you have the last gen of config.
we have to do a lot of unusual things and pray that it  will work...
fair would be EA to pay us to play the game, its a real struggle.
only game where you turn the complete audio off, and still works.
i can bet that the bug with the duplicates will be present this year also... and much more
thank you EA for serving us every year the same thing, wraped in another colours...
