FC27 Transfer Market Access - New Platform

I previously had access to the Transfer Market in FC25 and FC26 on Nintendo Switch. For FC27, I’ve switched to PlayStation but can’t complete the “Rising Through the Ranks” objective because I don’t have a PlayStation Plus subscription to play Rivals.

Is there an alternative way to regain Transfer Market access without having to pay for a PlayStation Plus subscription?
