Game crashing still

The series x version of fc27 is still crashing and has done since day 1. If I play the Xbox one version on my series x, it never crashes. This happens on no other game that I play. Although it did happen with bf6 beta and initially for the full release. I believe this is an ea issue. All my other games are fine online. I also think that the game causes the Xbox to overheat. Even just in the menus, the game will crash. The only fix I have found is I bought another fan to plug in and that stops the Xbox from overheating and crashing. I have been using that for 2 weeks and had no crashes. I forgot to turn it on today and within minutes of my first rivals match I got kicked to the Xbox home screen. I can't believe this still hasnt been fixed. People shouldn't have to fork out for extra fans just to play a football game. When I turned my fan on after being disconnected, it said my Xbox was 50 degrees celcius, which can not be a good thing. Fix your game!
