Hackers

Hello i played an Online Draft and got 2 wins. In my third game I came up against a hacker and could not even control my players, which resulted in me DNF this is very annoying because it costs me 300 fifa points to enter and my status on the game as it ended in a disconnect can you refund me the points and give me better packs
