Hall of FUT Tokens Refund Request – Mistakenly Claimed Hulk Instead of Pato

I’m writing to ask if it would be possible to get a refund for the Hall of FUT tokens I spent.

I intended to claim Pato, but I accidentally selected Hulk instead. The mistake happened because I was distracted while talking to someone and I didn’t pay enough attention to which player I was selecting. I genuinely thought I was choosing Pato.

After realizing my mistake, I decided to give Hulk a fair chance and played quite a few matches with him, thinking that maybe he wouldn’t be such a bad option after all.

However, after using him for several games, I’ve realized that I simply don’t enjoy playing with him and I really regret my choice. I would much rather have Pato, which was the player I originally intended to claim.

I understand that this was ultimately my mistake, but the Hall of FUT tokens are extremely difficult and time-consuming to obtain. That’s why I wanted to ask whether EA could make an exception and refund the tokens from my mistaken selection, allowing me to claim Pato instead.

I would really appreciate it if my case could be reviewed. I understand that there may be limitations regarding refunds, but I would be very grateful if something could be done in this situation.

    Hello. I'm very sorry to say, we're not able to refund spent tokens since this was not an issue with the game outside of your control.

    Hello EA_Aljo​, thank you for your response. I completely understand that you normally cannot refund spent tokens when the mistake was made by the player.

    However, I would really appreciate it if you could please consider making an exception in my case, even if you cannot refund the tokens. Would it be possible to exchange Hulk for Pato instead?

    I genuinely don't enjoy using Hulk, and it feels really disappointing to have spent so much time playing and earning those tokens only to lose them because of one accidental mistake. I am a very active FC player and I have invested a lot of time into the game, so honestly this situation has been quite discouraging for me.

    I understand that the mistake was mine, but I would be extremely grateful if there was any way you could help me, even if it is only by exchanging the two cards rather than refunding the tokens.

    I absolutely understand this is frustrating. However, this is not a situation we would refund the tokens for.

    I completely understand, and I appreciate you taking the time to respond. I know the mistake was on my side and I understand the policy.

    However, I just wanted to make one last request because it honestly feels really frustrating. I spent many hours completing the Gallery and playing matches to earn those tokens, and now I feel like all that time was wasted because of one simple mistake while selecting the player.

    I know this may sound like a small issue, but as an active FC player, it genuinely has discouraged me from playing. I was really looking forward to using Pato, and now I don't enjoy using Hulk, so it is difficult not to feel that all those hours were for nothing.

    If there is absolutely any possibility of making an exception, even just exchanging Hulk for Pato without refunding the tokens, I would be extremely grateful. I completely understand if the final answer has to be no, but I would really appreciate it if you could consider it one last time.
