FC27 Clubs Middle East servers
Dear EA SPORTS FC Team, I am reporting a serious and recurring server issue affecting Clubs / The Grounds players in the Middle East region. The problem is that Middle East servers are not working properly for Clubs matchmaking in EA SPORTS FC 27. Players in the Middle East are unable to consistently find or connect to Clubs matches through the appropriate regional servers. In many cases, matchmaking fails or does not find a match, while changing to another region/server allows the match to work. What makes this issue particularly frustrating is that this is not a new problem. The same issue existed in EA SPORTS FC 26, and despite players reporting it throughout the previous game, the problem has carried over into FC 27. This is extremely disappointing. Clubs is one of the major game modes in EA SPORTS FC, and players who specifically purchase and play the game for Clubs should not be forced to use servers outside their own region just to find a match. Doing so can result in significantly higher ping, worse gameplay responsiveness, and an overall inferior online experience. EA's own documentation states that The Grounds attempts to place players in an online world that best fits their region and ping location. EA also lists Middle Eastern data centers, including Dubai, Dammam, and Manama, and identifies Clubs as a mode that uses EA game data centers. So the question is very simple: Why are Middle Eastern players still unable to reliably use the appropriate regional servers for Clubs in FC 27 when this problem was already reported in FC 26? At this point, it is difficult for players to feel that Clubs is receiving the same level of attention and technical support as other major game modes. I have already reported this issue during EA SPORTS FC 26, yet the problem has now carried over into the next title. Releasing another game while leaving a known regional server problem unresolved gives the impression that feedback from Clubs players is not being taken seriously. For many players, this is not a minor inconvenience. Clubs is the main reason they play EA SPORTS FC. If the online infrastructure required to play this mode does not work properly in their region, then there is a legitimate reason for players to reconsider purchasing future EA SPORTS FC titles. I strongly request that EA: Investigate the Middle East Clubs matchmaking/data-center routing in FC 27. Verify that Clubs matchmaking is actually utilizing the appropriate Middle East data centers. Investigate why matchmaking fails or cannot consistently find matches when players are located in the Middle East. Compare the behavior with other regions where Clubs matchmaking works normally. Provide a clear acknowledgement that this issue is being investigated rather than treating it as an individual player's connection problem. Ensure that this issue is properly addressed in a future update instead of allowing it to remain unresolved throughout another full game cycle. This issue has already existed across FC 26 and now FC 27. Players should not have to wait for another game release before EA takes this problem seriously. I hope this report reaches the appropriate technical team and that EA provides a meaningful response and a permanent solution. Thank you.171Views7likes3CommentsAbout the latency/routing issue in FC 27
I want to raise an issue that many players from Southern and Eastern Europe have already experienced in FC 26 — and I am concerned that we are going to see exactly the same situation in FC 27. In FC 26, players reported a significant deterioration in latency and gameplay quality after the July 29th server maintenance. The issue was particularly noticeable for players in Romania, Ukraine and other parts of Eastern/Southeastern Europe. This is not simply a case of having a “bad internet connection”. In the existing FC 26 thread, EA Community Manager Darko confirmed that the issue had been raised with the team and was being investigated. However, almost two months later, we still have no clear explanation, no technical details and, most importantly, no indication of when or how the issue will actually be resolved. The thread is still active, and players are continuing to report the same problem: https://forums.ea.com/discussions/fc-26-technical-issues-en/severe-latency-degradation-in-romania-after-july-29th-maintenance/13610423 I have also posted several times in that thread, asking a very simple question: What are players supposed to do if they live far away from the servers or are affected by poor regional routing? Are we expected to solve the problem ourselves by paying for third-party connection-routing services such as GearUP, WTFast, ExitLag, Surfshark or similar services — on top of already paying for the game and online services? In my own case, using an alternative routing service can significantly improve the route and gameplay experience. That is important evidence that the problem is not necessarily my local connection or hardware. The difference can be the route used to reach EA's infrastructure. I don't think the solution should be that players in Eastern or Southern Europe have to pay an additional monthly subscription to third-party services just to get a reasonable gameplay experience. Players who live close to EA data centers can often get 10–20 ms connections. Players who are geographically farther away obviously cannot expect identical latency. But there is a very important difference between naturally higher latency because of distance and unnecessarily poor routing to the available EA servers. This is exactly what I am asking EA to clarify for FC 27: Has the routing/matchmaking issue affecting parts of Eastern and Southern Europe actually been identified? Has anything been changed in FC 27 to prevent the same problem from happening again? How does EA handle players who are geographically distant from the available data centers? Are there plans to improve regional routing or matchmaking server selection? And most importantly: will EA provide an actual technical explanation and update to the affected community? We are not asking for impossible 10 ms ping from every country. We are asking for a fair and technically reasonable connection to the servers available to us. Please don't let FC 27 repeat the same situation we experienced in FC 26. Eastern and Southern European players deserve an answer before this becomes another year-long problem. upd: I’ve seen several threads on the forum about a similar issue from various regions, not just Europe.371Views7likes16CommentsYou cannot buy in‑game currency in EA FC27
I wanted to buy points on Steam after I had already paid for a different amount of points earlier, but now it won’t let me do it because on Steam, purchasing in‑game currency is listed as a separate game. Please help me solve this problem.13Views0likes0CommentsNo EA Play Pro rewards in FC 27 — “Higher edition” message blocks them
Hi everyone, I bought FC 27 Ultimate Plus on Steam and have an active EA Play Pro subscription, but I’m not getting the EA Play Pro rewards (2000 FC Points + Icon Pack). The EA app shows the message: “You have a higher edition, rewards are only for Ultimate Plus”, and because of that, the “EA Play Pro content” button is missing. I can’t add the entitlement manually. I’ve tried: - Launching through EA app (not Steam) - Clearing cache / App Recovery - Waiting 48+ hours Nothing worked. The button is still gone. Has anyone else faced this? Did support manage to fix it manually? Any tips are appreciated. Hello. I am experiencing severe and inconsistent input delay in EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team on PC, especially in Rivals. Location: Yelets district, Lipetsk region, Russia. ISP: Rostelecom. Connection: 1 Gbps Gaming plan, wired Ethernet. Platform: PC. My in-game ping is usually around 30-40 ms, but online gameplay often feels like 150+ ms. Player switching is delayed, passes and tackles are executed late, jockeying and turning feel extremely heavy, and players often continue their current movement or animation before performing the command I already entered. The important part is that offline gameplay is normal. I can play Squad Battles, including Legendary difficulty, and the controls feel responsive. When I enter Rivals, the gameplay immediately becomes much heavier even with 30-40 ms displayed ping. FC 26 worked normally on the same PC, same internet connection and same ISP. 30-40 ms in FC 26 felt completely playable. I also tested the FC 27 Side-by-Side Input Overlay. Local Input reacts immediately, while Online Response is visibly delayed. In some situations the Online Response has already registered the command, but the footballer performs the action noticeably later. I have already tested V-Sync off, 120 FPS cap, lower graphics settings, dynamic resolution off, motion blur off, different DNS settings and network equipment restarts. None of these fixed the online delay. I also tested alternative routing using GearUP Booster. With my normal connection I usually get around 30-40 ms, but gameplay is often extremely heavy. Routing through Warsaw showed a higher ping of around 60-70 ms, but for several matches the gameplay became much more responsive and the muddy feeling almost disappeared. Unfortunately the improvement was inconsistent and the heavy gameplay later returned. Frankfurt felt significantly worse. Helsinki was slightly better than Frankfurt but still not properly playable. Warsaw was the only route that sometimes produced clearly responsive gameplay. Because of this, I suspect that the issue may involve routing, peering, game data center selection, online synchronization or server-side responsiveness rather than raw ping alone. The main problem is that FC 27 online responsiveness does not correspond to the displayed ping. 30-40 ms direct connection can feel almost unplayable, while 60-70 ms through an alternative route can sometimes feel much more responsive. I have also seen other players from Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe reporting very similar issues. Please investigate FC 27 routing and game data center selection for Rostelecom and Russian players, as well as online input synchronization and cases where low displayed ping does not match actual gameplay responsiveness. I can provide gameplay videos with the Side-by-Side Input Overlay, screenshots of routing tests and examples of both responsive and unresponsive matches. Thank you.31Views2likes1CommentStuttering
And no its not because of the setting nor the controller, ive tried wired, bluetooth and with wireless dongle, situation remains same. I have my graphics settings with mostly medium and low, strand hair off and advanced graphics off too, fps is not dropping even 1-2 frames, 30 ping stable too... also tried with changing nvidia low latency setting to off, on and ultra, but its not affecting anything in my case. Offline and with AI everything runs perfect and smooth, but online modes like rivals and stuff are runs like hell, cant even move my players or do anything without 2-3-4 second delay. Ive tested with local and online controller inputs showing on my screen during online gameplay, my Local inputs on controller registering fast and smooth and online registering stutters for like 2-3 seconds and then registering it... someone pls help... Hi everyone, I have the FC 27 Ultimate Edition on Steam. I was able to play the game normally for around 6 hours, but suddenly the game crashed and closed. Since then, I haven't been able to start the game anymore. Every time I try to launch it, I get the following error: 0xC0000409 I have already tried pretty much every troubleshooting step I could find. I have: Reinstalled FC 27 Uninstalled and reinstalled my Windows/GPU drivers Updated FC 27 Verified the game files through Steam Tried the other recommended troubleshooting steps Unfortunately, nothing has worked and I still get the same error every time I try to launch the game. I'm playing FC 27 through Steam and I'm using the Ultimate Edition. Does anyone know what could be causing error 0xC0000409, or have any other solutions I could try? Thanks in advance for the help!11Views0likes0CommentsEA FC 27 Ultimate Edition not playable on Steam
Hi everyone, I redeemed a retail key for EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Edition on Steam on September 18, 2026, but I am unable to play. Steam correctly lists "EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Edition" in my account licenses, along with "Ultimate Edition - Redemption Grant." However, the game remains locked. My library shows "Coming Sep 24," and the Play button was disabled. After uninstalling the game, the only available option is "Preload." This is not just an issue with the cover art or edition name. I genuinely cannot launch the game or access early access. When I select "Redeem Additional Content," I receive the following message: "You have no remaining content to redeem." I have already cleared Steam's download cache and uninstalled the game, but neither action resolved the issue. Steam still only offers Preload. These are the license details returned by the Steam console: App ID: 4080220 License package ID: 1614928 License state: Active (flags 0x0) Activation method: CD Key Activation date: September 18, 2026 Activation country: BR Included apps: 4080220, 4917970, 4978770 The output of "package_info_print 1614928" shows these values in the extended section: allowcrossregiontradingandgifting: false entitledpackage: 1727798 There is no "releasestateoverride" entry in that output. I do not know whether this is relevant, but I am including it in case it helps with troubleshooting. I have seen other users reporting similar problems, but I have not found a confirmed fix. Could an EA community manager or support representative check whether retail package 1614928 is eligible and correctly enabled for Ultimate Edition early access? Is this a known issue with retail keys? Is there a workaround, or does it require a correction to the package or account entitlement? Any confirmed solution or update would be appreciated. I can provide screenshots of my licenses, the Preload button, and the console output. Thank you.165Views0likes1Comment
