First, try restarting Ultimate Team and checking your Club, Unassigned Items and Store to make sure the Claudia Pina card hasn’t been sent there. I’ve found similar cases involving missing SBC player rewards in previous FC titles. In those cases, EA Community Managers recommended contacting Live Support so they could investigate the account and check the missing content. If you want to talk to a live agent instead of the AI at EA Support, go to the bottom of the page, select ‘Contact Us. When you’re talking to the EA AI, choose “Linking Account” as the issue and say you’re playing FC 27 on PS5. The page should then direct you to the option for a live chat with a human EA Support agent.
