incorrect rewards for partially completed SBC's

So I didnt know if i should put this as a technical issue or an ultimate team forum , I might do both, last week I attempted to do a partially completed sbc as i wanted the pack advertised on EA's website, this was last Saturday, I was given a large gold pack when a large gold players pack was advertised, the same happened on tuesday but this time i got a giant gold pack when it should have been a giant gold players pack , I know the differience is only one word but a large gold players pack is 8 times more expensive in the store than a large gold pack. I still do not have the correct packs
