Unacceptable server quality

How about providing reliable servers and a level playing field?

Why should I have to accept that I get beaten week after week and can’t achieve results that match my skill level just because I’m matched against a German, Italian, or French opponent and your servers give them an advantage? What if I didn’t have to struggle not only against my opponent but also against the disadvantages of your servers?

It’s unacceptable that I’ve been dealing with input lag for years just because I’m farther away from the server closest to me. With all that money, why can’t you fix this?

I work in IT—I’ve tried every possible configuration solution out there. The problem lies with you and the fact that you don’t give a **bleep** about the players.
