Kicked out of game

Dear EA, 

Recently, I have been experiencing issues in Division Rivals: I play the first half fine, but I get kicked out as soon as the halftime menu pops up. I have not experienced this in any other games or game modes, so it is not a home network issue.

    Hi there. Is this happening in every match you play? Also, you have you tried he steps in this connection troubleshooting article? If it's been a while since you power cycled your equipment, try that first:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again
