Subject: FC 27 PS5 – Division Rivals stuck on “Waiting for opponent”

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a recurring matchmaking issue in EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team on PS5.

When I search for a Division Rivals match, the game finds an opponent, but the screen gets stuck on “Waiting for opponent.” Eventually, I receive the message: “The timer expired before players were ready. Please search again.”

My connection shows approximately 34–36 ms ping. The issue appears to affect Division Rivals only, while other online modes work normally.

I have already tried restarting the game and console, changing Cross-play settings, and resetting my kits and club cosmetics. The issue continues to return.

Please investigate whether this is a matchmaking, session, server, or account-specific issue affecting my PS5 account or region.
