Matchmaking region

I am on pc and I bought the game from ea in a different country now I am stuck in that matchmaking region thus higher ping (mumbai) while I am in the middle east. It acts as if I am in mumbai. No vpn is open. HOW CAN I CHANGE THIS SERVER ultimate team
