Ea Play trial : Web App & Companion disabled

Hi

I started my Ea Play Trial yesterday, played some UT and since then I cannot do anything on the web app & companion app. Almost all features are locked and says "Feature disabled"

It's weird because I could use it before my trial.

Is it a bug or because I don't own the game ?
