Missing EA Play Pro Rewards

Hi, Can you help me with the following issue? I bought EA Play Pro yesterday, but I still haven't received the ICON Pack or the FC Points. What should I do?

    Hey, folks,

    Here is a quick breakdown of missing EA Play Pro rewards, Ultimate Edition content, and Premium Pass deliveries.

    EA Play Pro & Ultimate Edition content
    We are aware of reports regarding missing content and are tracking this with the team. If you are playing on PC with an active EA Play Pro membership—including if you also purchased through Steam—you must launch the title directly through the EA app rather than Steam for the EA Play Pro rewards to register.
    If you launched directly through the EA app and your content still isn't showing up in the Store, please reach out to our live support team so an advisor can look into your account.
    Season 1 Premium Pass Token
    Fully closing and relaunching the game should trigger the token to pop up, but that may not work immediately for everyone.
    5,000 Season Points (SP)
    This is working as designed. The 5,000 SP is not delivered as an upfront lump sum; it unlocks in two separate batches of 2,500 SP once you reach Level 11 and Level 25 on the pass ladder.     Okay Idk if you're still having the issue, but I found the fix if you originally downloaded the game on Steam. All you gotta do is delete the game on Steam and redownload it on the EA launcher app, not Steam. When you download it, it should say that you are downloading the EA Play Pro edition. Your 2000 FC points and icon pack should just be added to your account after the game is finished downloading. Hope this helps; it worked for me. Regarding the XP stuff, I never received that, so hopefully they can fix that

    I have tried solution above and even contacted support 5 days yet I am yet to hear anything about me receiving what I should from ea play pro, Know someone else with the same problem who had their issue solved two days ago despite the fact that we put in our requests at the same time. Funny how much worse the support has become for this game, you could actually get into a live chat and relatively quick back in the day, now its so crap.

    I purchased the Ultimate Pro Edition and received the rewards for that, but have not received any of the EA Play Pro rewards that give you an extra icon and 2000 fifa points. Supposedly, this has been solved, but I am unable to find the steps on how to fix it on my part. How do I fix this and get my rewards? 

    P.S. I have the game on Steam and have already tried logging out and restarting the game.

    I just bought the ultimate edition on PC, and then subscribed to the EA Play Pro in order to get the International Icon and the extra FC points. However, I just received the 2k fc points from the ultimate edition purchase, not from the EA Play Pro subscription. How can I get them?
