pc / ea fc 27 freeze and stop working

Cpu : Reyzen 5 7600 x

GPU : Nvidia rtx 5070

RAM ; 16 gb DDR5 DUAL CHANELLE

windows 11

i have a problem when i lunch ea fc 27 it freeze sometimes at the loading screen or at menu or at the beginning of a game. and the entire system crash that i have to restart my pc manually (by holding the power botton) i cant stop the game by alt f4 NOR acces task manager the entire windows freeze .

i did try :

  • verified integrity of game files via steam
  • cleaned and reinstalled the ea anticheat
  • cleared nvidia shader cache and adjusted settings 
  • desabled overlays (steam and dsicord) and backgound applications

i dont have problems in other games only in ea fc 27 and my pilots are updated.

can anyone help.
