Problem fc 27 lite web app
Hello EA Support,
I am still experiencing this issue on both the FC 27 Web App and Companion App, and it has now been going on for several weeks.
Before downloading FC 27 Lite on my PS4, all Web App features were working correctly. Immediately after playing FC 27 Lite, the following features became unavailable:
- Store
- SBCs
- Evolutions
- Transfer Market
- Objectives
I have already uninstalled FC 27 Lite and checked my EA Penalty History. There are no active sanctions on my account, but the issue has not been resolved.
I do not own the full version of FC 27, and I should not have to purchase it just to regain access to features that were previously available.
Could you please investigate my account and confirm whether this is a known technical issue? I would appreciate a proper status update and a solution, rather than being asked to repeat the same troubleshooting steps.
