Problem whit Rivals stuttering

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a serious and frustrating stuttering problem in EA SPORTS FC 27 on PlayStation 5, specifically in Ultimate Team Division Rivals.

During online matches, the gameplay frequently stutters and the picture appears to drop frames. This makes the game difficult and unpleasant to play.

I strongly suspect that this problem may be related to EA's servers or online infrastructure, because I experienced the same issue in the previous FC game. In the previous game, the problem sometimes lasted for an entire week.

I am concerned that the same problem is happening again in FC 27 and that players will have to deal with it for days or even weeks without a proper solution.

I would like EA to investigate this issue and check whether there are server-side performance problems affecting PlayStation 5 players in Europe.

Please do not provide only generic troubleshooting advice. Since I experienced the same problem in the previous game, I would like this issue to be properly investigated by the technical team.
