Problem with Companion

Subject: FC 27 Companion and Web App – Feature Disabled

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing an issue with the FC 27 Companion App and Web App on my PC account.

The Transfer Market, SBCs, and Store have been unavailable since I first accessed FC 27. All three features display the message “Feature Disabled” in both the Companion App and the Web App.

I have already completed the Foundations objectives and played FC 27 for several hours using my active EA Play trial. I also tried logging into the Web App, but the issue persists.

The problem started before I downloaded FC 27 Lite, so I do not believe Lite caused it.

Could you please check my account and explain why these features are disabled? I would appreciate a solution that does not require me to launch FC 26.

    Hello. I’m playing EA SPORTS FC 27 on Xbox using the 10-hour EA Play trial. SBCs, Objectives, Evolutions, and the Store were working in the Companion App and Web App before, but now all these features are greyed out and display the message “Feature Disabled.”Ultimate Team works normally on my Xbox. I previously played FC 26 using the same EA account.Could you please check my account and restore access to the Web App and Companion App features?

    Hello,

    When I log into the FC Companion app using the username byoyuncu1903, I receive a “Feature Disabled” message.

    After downloading the free Lite version of the game on my PlayStation 5, I started experiencing this issue when accessing the Companion app on my phone. I cannot access Squad Building Challenges (SBCs) or other squad-building features.

    I have already deleted the game from my PS5, but I am still unable to access these features.

    Could you please help me resolve this issue?
